Required Information To fulfil any order placed with Shane McGrath Photography the following information will be required – Name, Address, Address of recipient (if different) e-mail address, Contact telephone number, payment details (CC number, start and expiry dates, issue no and security no) span> We will also contact you via e-mail to confirm despatch of order and to advise when an Event gallary is due to expire. Delivery shipping and handling information Help with ordering If you experience any problems ordering or you would prefer not to use your credit or debit card over the Internet, then why not place your order over the phone, all you need to do is phone the number on our contacts page. Ordering mistakes - Please double check the image number before hitting the submit button - any errors in ordering are not our responsibility.
All replacement orders will be charged at the full rate. Packaging All photos are sent in Bubble packed envelopes with "Please do not bend" clearly printed on them. Delivery - UK Packages are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post. Royal Mail Registered Post or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, are used primarily to ensure that packages are not folded through your letterbox on arrival and to ensure that the items in your order are insured. Once your order has been placed you will receive your photographes within 14 days. Return Policy
Should you not be happy with your photographs in any way we offer a full refund on return of the images in the original packaging, if we are made aware of an issue within 7 days of receiving your photographs. In the event of damage that has occurred during delivery please inform us immediately either by phone or e-mail and we will arrange a replacement.
